• Business data: Business names, addresses, and platform IDs you provide.
• Review data: Reviews fetched from connected platforms (Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook) on your behalf.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and session duration for product improvement.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the Ansview service
• To run sentiment analysis on reviews
• To send alerts and notifications you configure
• To improve our product and user experience
• To communicate service updates and changes

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, database) under strict data processing agreements
• Law enforcement when legally required

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. Review data is retained according to your plan (7 days for Free, unlimited for Pro and Enterprise). When you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing
